Resetting Your Password

If you cannot remember your password, you must reset. To do so:

  1. From the login page, click Forgot Username or Password. The Forgot username/Password page opens.
  2. Enter your username in the field provided and the CAPTCHA text displayed in the fields provided.

  1. Click Next.
  2. Select your preferred method for resetting your password. The options available may include all or some of the following, depending on the information on record for your account:
  • Email Link
  • Text Link
  • Answer Security Questions
  1. The next steps depend on the option you selected:
  • If you selected Email Link or Text Link, click the link you received to open the Change Password page.
  • If you selected Answer Security Questions, a page with security questions appears. Enter your answers in the fields displayed, then click Next. If your answers match those on file, the Change Password page opens. If the answer to your security question does not match the one on file, you will be prompted to try again twice. Answers are not case sensitive. After the third unsuccessful attempt, you will be directed to contact Sedgwick Support for assistance.
  1. Enter a New Password. This new password must meet the requirements listed below. Your password is hidden as while you type; to display your password, check the Show passwords box.
  2. Enter your new password again in the Retype New Password field.
  3. Click Submit.

If successful, a confirmation message is displayed.

Password Requirements

  • The passwords entered in the New Password and Retype New Password fields must match.
  • The new password can not be the same as your username.
  • The new password must contain at least three of the following four types of characters:
    • Upper case (A-Z) letters
    • Lower case (a-z) letters
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special characters (! @ % * . < = + : - _ or ,)
  • The new password must be different from the current password.
  • The password must be between eight and 16 characters in length.
  • Passwords expire every ninety (90) days.
  • You can not reuse any of the last 12 passwords, or one used within the last 90 days.

Recovering Your Username

  1. From the login page, click Forgot Username or Password. The Forgot username/Password page opens.
  2. Click Forgot Username?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and the CAPTCHA text in the fields provided.
  4. Click Next.

If your email address matches one on file, an email with your username is sent to that address.
