Logging in to viaOne Report

New User Registration

When you receive an email with a hyperlink to a completed report and do not already have access to viaOne, clicking the hyperlink opens the New User Registration screen for the viaOne Self-Service Portal. You must register before viewing reports.

Enter information in all fields and click Submit. A Verification Code will be emailed to you; enter the Verification Code on the User Registration Verification screen.

After three unsuccessful verification attempts, you will have the option to have another verification code emailed to you.

After verifying registration, you will be directed to the Distributed Reports screen

Validations

If there are no reports associated with your email, you will be unable to register.

Registered User Access

When you receive an email with a hyperlink to a completed report and you are a registered viaOne user with Report access, clicking the hyperlink opens the viaOne Login screen for the viaOne Self-Service Portal. You must log in before viewing reports.

You will then be directed to the Completed Reports screen. Users without previous Report access will view their reports from the Distributed Reports screen.

Forgot Login or Password

If you cannot remember your user ID, click Forgot login or password and enter your email address in the Forgot your user name field.

If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot login or password and enter your user ID in the User ID field. If the user ID is recognized, Sedgwick Support will e-mail your password to you. Otherwise, you must contact Sedgwick Support Services at (866) 647-7610 to reset your password. 

User Preferences

The Preferences screen allows you to change your password and your security question.

Change Password

You can change your viaOne password by selecting Preferences at the top of the Distributed Reports screen.

  1. From the Preferences screen, select the Change Password link.
  2. Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
  3. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
  4. Click Submit to save your changes click Cancel to exit out of the change password process.
Validations

Passwords expire after 90 days.

Change Security Question

You can change your viaOne security question by selecting Preferences at the top of the Distributed Reports screen. This option allows you to choose a security question to answer if you are locked out of viaOne because you forgot your login and/or password. When you are locked out of viaOne, your login and password will be automatically reset if you correctly answer the security question.

  1. From the Preferences screen, select the Change Security Question link.
  2. Click the Select Question drop-down arrow and choose your security question.
  3. Enter the appropriate response to your question by entering it in the Enter your answer field.
  4. Click Submit to save your changes or click Cancel to exit out of the change security question process.
  5. Check the Email confirmation of changes? field if you wish to receive an e-mail confirmation.
