Logging in to viaOne

From the viaOne welcome page, enter your user ID and password in the User ID and Password fields and click Login.

If you are required to log in using two-factor authentication, you will be directed to a page where you can request and enter an authentication code. If you have already entered a code or are not required to use two-factor authentication, the Welcome page is displayed upon successfully logging in.

You are required to re-enter your password after 15 minutes of inactivity so that no one else can access the site from your idle work station. Your session will time out if you do not click a link, perform a search, or enter a note for 15 minutes. If this happens, re-enter your login and password on the Welcome page.

This topic does not apply to users who log in to viaOne through an employer or carrier portal.

Forgot User ID or Password

If you cannot remember your user ID, contact Sedgwick Support Services at (866) 647-7610.

If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot user ID or password link. Enter your user ID in the User ID field. Select the I'm not a robot check box, then click Submit. You will be asked to make certain selections from a set of images to verify that you are a human and not an automated program attempting to reset a password. After selecting the correct image or images, click Verify.

If the user ID is recognized, you will be presented with one or more security questions; provide the correct responses to reset your password. Otherwise, you must contact Sedgwick Support Services at (866) 647-7610 to reset your password. 

Logging In for the First Time

If this is the first time you are logging in to viaOne, you will be required to select a new password after you have entered your user name and the temporary password provided to you. You will also be prompted to specify five challenge questions and responses used to identify you in the event you forget your password.

Passwords expire every 90 days, after which you will be prompted to enter a new one.
